Toasted barrels
A toasted barrel is a barrel whose inside has been heated with fire, so the wood releases flavours such as vanilla, caramel and coconut. Santing Beer and Spirit Barrels supplies toasted barrels new (virgin) and used, in French or American oak, from 30 to 225 litres, in light, medium, medium+ and heavy. There are also barrels of mizunara and amburana.
