Meet a Danish rye whiskey: the Stauning Rye. This whiskey is reminiscent of a liquid form of freshly baked Danish rye bread. A challenging and spicy character in which dark, toasty aromas and hints of fruit come together. This is a rye whiskey that is different from most due to the use of Danish rye in the production process. This is supplemented by a small amount of malted barley. Together, this leads to a smooth, spicy and fruity whiskey.
