Sherry Pedro Ximenez
Freshly emptied Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, ideal for maturing beer, whisky, gin and every other spirit. Pedro Ximénez is a sweet, full-bodied sherry with aromas of raisins and figs. The speciality here is the French oak casks. This changes the flavour profile considerably, which is not as concentrated as with American oak.

Taste
The bouquet is extremely sweet and recalls dried southern fruits such as raisins, figs and dates, with aromas of honey, grape syrup, jam and candied fruit. At the same time it recalls freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa and liquorice.
