Ice wine
Ice wine is one of the sweetest mistakes nature has ever made. The large temperature difference helps form especially stable aromas. Because of this late harvest the color is always a rich golden hue, and the high sugar content gives the wine a lovely viscosity. The bouquet is very intense with pronounced muscat notes and hints of honey. The palate is delicate and pleasant, with refreshing acidity and touches of apricot.

Intense amber to amberstone in colour. The nose shows clear notes of pear, a touch of honey, floral tones and exotic fruit with concentrated sweetness. Full and aromatic on the palate, intensely sweet with good acidity.
