Armagnac

The Armagnac region in southwestern France produces this rich wine distillate. Armagnac is made in a much smaller area than Cognac and using different methods (column stills instead of pot stills),
Armagnac barrels are rare and have an excellent aroma. Unlike cognac, armagnac is distilled in a single distillation and is the traditional alternative to cognac.
